Our admission process includes a series of steps that you will experience to achieve your dream to study in any one of the selected countries. The process is as follows:
1. Register
The first step that you should take in your pursuit to study abroad is to register with us through the Admission Suite. Admission Suite is built with the intent for you to experience impactful communication with our EduFlyHigh Admissions Counselor (EAS) in pursuit of your aim to study abroad.
2. Profiling and Prerequisites Evaluation
To ensure that we accurately advise you on the best country, university, course selection, and educational opportunities, our professional and expert EduFlyHigh Education Counselors (EAC) will conduct a comprehensive profiling exercise and evaluate the prerequisites that you will have to take. They will guide you through the process of developing your profile that captures your career goals, interests, financial status, and work experience so that you can select the right course, college, and university that addresses your aspirations and goals. Additionally, EAC will assess the prerequisites like
that you will have to take in pursuit of studying abroad. EAC will guide and provide you information about our “Prerequisites Coaching Programs” that will help you to meet the basic criteria and scores that universities will be looking for as well as scores that you should be aiming for in order to target an institution.
3. University Selection
Selection of the right university can be strenuous and confusing. Students often find this difficult and end up making the wrong choice in searching for the best colleges and universities. After successful completion and analysis of the profile and prerequisites, our well-qualified EduFlyHigh Admission Counselor (EAC) will suggest to you the universities that are synonymous with the analysis. The universities that your EAC has suggested will appear on your profile under “University Selection” in the Admission Suite. You can access through the name of each university, location, university history, course details, other courses offered, intake details, application fees, and other important links. The universities listed will be classified into three areas based on their compatibility with your profile: Phoenix Green (universities that are easy to crack with your current profile), Parrot Blue (universities) that require a bit of work to crack based on your current profile), and Goldfinch Yellow (universities are tough to crack with your current profile).

4. Admission Documents
Post successful selection of the university(es), you will get to collaborate with our EduFlyHigh Writing Counselor (EWC). Our EWCs are experts in training you to write a Statement of Purpose and will guide you to select the ones (like supervisor, manager, professor, head of the department, research head, association or any extracurricular society head, etc.) who can write Letters of Recommendation for you. Statement of Purpose (SOP) is a vital document for your success in seeking admission. EWCs will offer you tips and techniques to write an effective SOP, check for common mistakes that you can avoid, and guide you to write a winning SOP. The personnel that you seek to write your LORs will be inundated with such requests, it is important to give them the required information so that they can draft an effective letter that can help you succeed in seeking admission. EWC will work with you throughout this tedious process. Apart from the Statement of Purpose and Letters of Recommendation, EWC will also guide you for Resume development and gathering other necessary documents (like transcripts, bank statement, affidavit, etc.) for your admission success. All of these processes are managed through our hassle-free, online, effective, and efficient Admission Suite.
5. Application Submission
All universities and colleges have strict admission deadlines. It is imperative that EduFlyHigh Admission Counselor ensure that all the admission requirements and documents are accurate for submission. They will also make sure that you apply well in advance, giving enough time to fulfill other formalities like visa, arranging accommodation, and so on.
6. VISA Processing
Applying for a visa is one of the most critical aspects of preparation for overseas education. It can also be one of the most daunting tasks if not received proper guidance. Submitting the right documents is the first step towards ensuring that your student visa is approved. If one or more documents are not in order, your visa application may be rejected leading to a delay. EduFlyHigh Visa Processing Officers (EVPO) are experienced counselors who have expertise across all countries and can guide and support through the complex maze of preparing and submitting the student’s visa application which is managed through our efficient and effective Admission Suite. Once everything is finalized EVPO will carefully review the documents & will provide comprehensive advice & if required ask for more relevant documentation that you need to submit along with the application.
7. Pre-departure Orientation
VISA processing is not the end of your journey with us. EAC will also provide you with the necessary information about the country, education system, weather, lifestyle, culture, food habits, people, transportation, etc. so that you are well prepared to start your new student life abroad.
